INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY
• 2 Tsp Oil
• 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 piece cinnamon
• 2 to 4 green cardamom
• 3 to 4 black pepper
• 3 to 4 lavanga
• 2 chopped onion
• 10 to 12 garlic cloves
• 1 piece of ginger
• 3 green chilies
• 3 chopped tomatoes
• 10 to 12 cashew
• 2 Tsp melon seeds
• 4 byadgi mirchi
• 1/2 Tsp salt
• 1.1/2 water
INGREDIENTS
• 7 boiled egg
• 1 Tsp oil
• Salt and red chili powder for sprinkle
TADKA INGREDIENTS
• 3 Tsp oil
• 2 Tsp butter
• 1 Tsp shahi jeera
• 2 bay leaf
• 2 Tsp red chilli powder
• 1 Tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
• 1 Tsp turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• water as per required
• 1 Tsp kasuri methi
For garnish
• chopped coriander
