for Karanji stuffing:
•2 Bowl Semolina (Rava)
•1 Bowl cup dry coconut / kopra / desiccated coconut
•¾ cup powdered sugar
•2 Tsp cashews Nuts (chopped)
•2 Tsp almonds (chopped)
•1 Tsp chironji
•2 Tsp rasins
•½ Tsp elaichi powder
•1 Tsp poppy seeds / khus khus
•2 -3 Tsp Ghee
for Karanji dough:
•2 Bowl maida / all-purpose flour / plain flour
•2 tbsp ghee (hot)
•Water as per required
•salt to taste
•Oil
